An insulated soft-shell/hard-shell hybrid featuring durable, waterproof/breathable performance for carving vertical in cold conditions.
Product Information
For the unleashed free-rider, this insulated jacket has a soft-shell core with burly hard-shell reinforcements to allow amplified motion in shaky weather. During high-output endeavors, its supple polyester ripstop fabric affords decidedly breathable performance and water-resistance. Two-layer waterproof panels, made from 100% recycled polyester dobby weave, beef up the shoulders and arms to increase abrasion-resistance. A lightweight layer of compressible polyester (90% recycled) insulation warms the jacket. Finer points include an easy-gliding liner, adjustable powder skirt with webbing loops that attach to any Patagonia® ski/snowboard pants, removable 2-way-adjustable hood, handwarmer pockets, a zippered chest pocket (holds an audio device) and a pocket on the left sleeve and one inside. Recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program.

Technology
Patagonia seeks to build the best product and cause no unnecessary harm. That's their mission statement, and it takes many forms. As it applies to making products, Patagonia works hard to source materials and use processes that are less harmful to the Earth without compromising quality. Because to them, quality is not only how well a product performs and holds up, but also how it's made.
