Sizing: If you don't know your cap size, take a tape measure and wrap it around the widest part of your head, just above the eyebrows and ears, to the nearest 1/8 inch. Divide the measurement by pie (3.14) to get your cap size, or see below.

The first number corresponds to the circumference of your head, the second number corresponds to your cap size.
