The ShortStak SOLO comes with everything you need to build out this low-profile storage crate as an independent storage solution, including the lid, hinges, and latches that are not included with the BlackPak upgrade. The ShortStak SOLO also includes a new Slider Foot option that gives it the ability to slide freely across the deck of your kayak or traction pads. This is very helpful when using the ShortStak SOLO for under-seat storage. And if you’re wondering, YES, you can add an upgrade ShortStak on top of the ShortStak SOLO, giving you two 4.25” deep layers of go-to storage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe construction of this standalone unit is the same as the rest of our BlackPak and ShortStak family. From lightweight injection molded parts, to the GridLoc mounting platform found inside and outside the crate, making it easily customizable. The ShortStak SOLO will last for many years, even in harsh marine environments. The ultra-stiff panels utilize a rib structure that offers exceptional rigidity with minimal weight, while their interlocking joints ensure an intuitive, frustration-free assembly process. Interlocking GridLoc panels utilize a tongue and groove edge design to make assembly a breeze.
